Jun 11, 2018 · OWA does not ask whether to send update only to added/deleted attendees or all attendees. Case2: If meeting/appointment is created in Outlook 2013 and new attendees are added later to the event the attendees receive the invite without issues if "Send updates to all attendees" is used.
